4. Algarvevillamanagement cannot be held responsible for any  links that may lead to virus Trojans or any other malicious  mailware using links to other website is done at the users own risk.


5. No links or websites are considered for listing if they contain adult content, by linking your website to us along with any contact details means you have read and agreed to all the terms, conditions, copyright and disclaimer.


6/ all personal information given when listing a property is kept private and is not shared with any third party unless a criminal act has taken place by defrauding algarvevillamanagement then detail can be passed to the police.

This does not include any agreed contact information you have provided for us to pass to a purchaser. Ie email address or telephone number, we do not give out a physical address of any properties this is the responsibility of the property owner or their agent.


7/ Algarvevillamanagement.com is not a registered real estate agent within Portugal territories, any articles that fall under Portuguese law including known in Portuguese as "Alojamento Local The Decreto-Lei n.º39/2008 of 7 March and Portaria 517/2008 25 June) is the sole responsibility for the property owner to comply with.Algarvevillamanagment cannot be held in any way for property owner neglect to comply with  such laws or decrees.
